Big web actualization, forum, messages and more

Discussion ("Discussion" item in the menu):
- You create categories in Admin → Discussion. For each one, you set who can read it:
- anyone: everyone can read, only logged-in users can post,
- logged-in users only,
- selected ranks only.
- The "Only the team can create topics" option is handy for announcements: you post the latest news and others can only reply.
- Users without access to a category see it locked, with no content and a note on who it's for. It works as an incentive to become a supporter.
- The live site currently has six categories: Announcements, Amiga, Linux, PC (Windows), General Discussion and Beta Testers. Beta Testers is accessible to ranks with the BETA option enabled, including your "Špion Imperia". All categories can be renamed or deleted.
- Attachments: up to 6 per post, each up to 20 MB (the limit is set by forum_max_mb in config.php).
- Images are shown as thumbnails; clicking enlarges them and you can browse between them.
- Logs, txt, zip, lha, adf and similar files are download-only. Executable and web files (such as .php) are rejected.
- Files are stored outside the web root. Anyone who can't read a category can't get its attachments either. I verified on the server that direct access returns a 403 error and that thumbnails are generated correctly.
- Formatting: a toolbar with buttons for bold, italic, strikethrough, code, a log block (nothing inside it gets formatted), quote, list and link. Bare links are clickable, and a YouTube link on its own line is embedded as a video. HTML in the text is stripped.
- Posting: each post shows the author with their rank and a "Quote" button. You can edit or delete your own posts and remove attachments from them.
- Moderation is done directly in the topic: pin, lock, move to another category, delete. In a user's profile, you can ban them from posting.

Messages: I implemented these as messages from users to you (the team), not as private messages between users.
- Available to registered users only, via the ✉ envelope in the header. Users see their full conversation with you and the number of new replies.
- You'll find them in Admin → Messages along with the unread count, and you can message a user first from their profile.
- If you'd like player-to-player messages as well, that can be added.
